“ Been wanting to try this place for a while...yes because of the name. First, the Owner (or manager) was so friendly, the whole time I was there, every person that walked thru the door got a bright, cheerful greeting. It was refreshing. I got Elote, Asada Fries, Alhambra. I all admit the Street Corn was not as flavorful as other times I’ve had it, but it wasn’t bad. The Asada Fries, cream, queso, chipotle salsa, guacamole and grilled chicken. It was amazing. All the flavors worked together. Alhambra was a perfectly seasoned steak with bacon, pineapple, onions, fresh jalapenos, cheese. And served with homemade tortilllas. I can’t articulate how good this was. I can’t wait to go back. ”

“ I travel to Covington for work often and have enjoyed Pinches Taco Shack many times. Tonight, I placed an order through DoorDash that was stolen from my hotel room door. I called the restaurant after speaking with the delivery driver, believing nothing could be done since the order was left at the correct location. The staff were so kind and helpful. DoorDash did replace my order free of charge with something a little extra from the amazing staff. I'd had a rough day, I was hungry and tired and I really needed some kindness. Pinches delivered. The birria, El Jefe, asada fries, and esquite are all absolutely delicious and the customer service is top notch. ”

I got my order to go, and as I was waiting I got to enjoy some of the beautiful art and decorations inside. By the time I got home my food was still very hot and fresh. I got to try birria tacos for the first time and they were amazing, and the steet taco was so delicious and had so much flavor. I enjoyed every bit of it.
